Clayton KeirPresident of the Board of DirectorsClayton Keir is a passionate squash player who learned how to play growing up in the Philadelphia suburbs. He is a foreign affairs professional with undergraduate and master's degrees from Georgetown School of Foreign Service.
Clayton has worked internationally in Qatar and Jordan, where he really honed his squash skills. He believes that squash is an incredible sport and that everyone who has a chance to play it will immediately fall in love with it. He laments that the sport is generally only accessible to people with means wants to make the sport accessible to people from all backgrounds. He also believes that society is stronger when women are educated and empowered. Mona NaffaVice- president of the board of directorsAn Arab American, Mona Naffa Nazzal was born, raised, and educated in California, USA, the eldest daughter of immigrants, a Jordanian Father and Palestinian/Lebanese mother.
Ms. Naffa-Nazzal has vast experience in a Corporate America from Telecommunications and the Pharmaceutical Industry (Women’s Health Specialist) as a Top Producer in the nation. A voice for Jordan through social and main stream media, Mona and company (a Private Sector Hotel Owner and Investor) are constantly working, to improve the image thru Travel/Hospitality, Health/Well Being, and Female Inclusion in the workforce and campaigns for the Kingdom as the Expedia Brand Ambassador. |

Benjamin SheridanTreasurer to the board of directorsBenjamin Sheridan is an analyst at a private investment firm. Previously, he was an analyst at J.P. Morgan and earned a B.A. in economics, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. In college, Ben was a co-captain of the club squash team, leading the team to its first Serues Cup title in 2022. Originally from Philadelphia, Ben now lives in New York, NY and plays squash every week. He is also the tournament director of the Squash Dreamers Open.
Charles BoltonFounding Board MemberCharlie Bolton is the Chief Economist to U.S. Senator Rob Portman; and Director of the U.S. Subcommittee on Social Security, Pensions, and Family Policy. Previously, Charlie worked in the Senate as a legislative aide covering foreign policy (including the Middle East), tax, and budget issues.
Charlie first became passionate about squash while attending at the Groton School in Massachusetts. Charlie then matriculated at Georgetown, where he captained the Georgetown Squash team, led the team to its highest-ever national finish in back-to-back years, and earned his A.B. in Political Economy. Charlie remains an active squash player in the National Capital League in Washington, D.C. Emma Penneymember of the board of directorsEmma is a journalist who works for the BBC. She has a masters in journalism but studied Arabic and French at undergraduate level. While studying Arabic she lived in Amman where she first encountered Squash Dreamers.
